Hey Mike,
I don't know if I should respond after the BoSox swept the ChiSox (just kidding) but about half of my daily intake is a 48oz blender made up of:
20 oz cold water
1 c oatmeal
1/4 c protein powder
1/4 nuts almonds or walnuts or pecans
1 banana
1 peach
1 pear
Blend it for a minute or two to taste.
