i am feeling a good bit better. i was about to let everything go for a few days there, i really crumbled. this site has helped a lot. it's the kind of resource that has needed to exist for way too long. to be honest, i was surprised at its existence, considering liability. i remember once paying for therapy at a center in raleigh, i did outpatient for 2 weeks. they didn't want any contact amongst group members outside of treatment. and some situations i encountered made me understand why. that place did end up on 60 minutes, being investigated for insurance fraud and other things.

that said, this site is a gift, feels like a very safe forum.
