Interesting, I wish I could remember exactly what the book on the astral body I read said on the subject. I've also been meaning to record my dreams but I don't have a computer of my own and beings as it's private to me I don't put it on this computer. Plus my penmanship $ucks. As you probably know the memory of a dream can be forgotten very quickly.
And now that I'm thinking about it I believe dreams are very closely related to the strong emotions in our life, and give us a unique perspective on them. It helps to look at things from more than one angle, and our dreams definitely do that.
