I am in a stable loving relationship of 22 years plus, I will be on a cocktail of medication for life and I will deteriorate (due to a gentic condition) if the meds had affected me badly, I couldn't have sustained a loving and sexual relationship with my lover/life partner and my mother who was similarly affected wouldn't have been married for 50 years up to her death. I guess it depends on what definition of love means. It does from time to time dampen my sexual desire, that's when we simply hold and cherish each other and what we've got. Well that's how it is for me, hope it helps.
