Hi, I am unipolar with anxiety and PTSD.
took me a long time to accept.
And to accept that I will always be on meds.
Just went in this week for an overhaul.
I think it is important to work with a Dr you like and feel comfortable with. Very important.
I still have trouble keeping up a healthy routine...I am hoping that will improve with the new meds.
