Mike, i hate the funk that seems to be going around this month. Seems like no one is safe from it. If i didn't have to go to work, i'd be spending my days sleeping and watching t.v. and eating. Yes....i crave lots of sugar when i'm in "the funk."

Okay, i'm being super silly now.

Thanks for letting us know how things are going. I think Tena might be right about a possible med change or dosage change. What you're describing to me is the level of depression right above the level where I consider the depression to start getting dangerous to my health. For myself, i know I dip into that lower level way to easy from here so as soon as i can finally get my insurance straightened out i'm going in for a med change myself (even though i dread it).

I've also noticed that right now, since i'm basically staying every other night at my new place....that my depression greatly improves on the days when i've used my sleep apnea machine the night before. it's too difficult to take it back and forth so i just leave it here at the new place. But on the nights spent at the old place, even though i sleep....i don't get any quality sleep and therefore my body and brain functions as though i didn't really sleep at all.

So...i guess i'm saying: How has your sleep been lately??

Oh, and i like the sig! It's inspiring me to want to make myself one too!!
