I was on Welbutrin, and had panic attacks.
Welbutrin doesn't normally have the side effect of weight gain, or sexual side effects, which is why it is a good alternative to the SSRIs, (which are known for those two side effects.)

Otherwise, I think it's best to discuss with the doctor any concerns. We can only share our Experience, Strength and Hope, (ESH), here on SR, as we are not medical people and are not trained to give medical advice. ( And honestly, would you want to take advice from any Tom, Dick or Harry over the internet?
