Sicko the movie

I just got home from seeing this movie and I thought it was great. The film was strictly about people WITH insurance coverage and it was funny in places and heart-breakingly sad in places. I cried a few times.

I am looking at it from a Canadian perpective and I don't think Michael Moore was being anti-American at all, but just pointing out health care methods that work in other countries and questioning whether some of the ideas could help the American system. The Canadian system is pretty good, not perfect, but really pretty good. I was so impressed with the system France has where you can get house-calls as a routine thing, and new mothers get help from government employed nannies for two 4hour sessions a week, so that they can go out, run errands, have a break.

I dont know where Im going, Im not sure where I've been
There's a spirit that guides me, a light that shines for me
My life is worth the living, I dont need to see the end.
