I know I get more angry than I used to when I was younger...but I am sure mine is more of a "female nature" at this point in my life. {*sorry guys!*}
I think anxiety itself and the feelings that accompany it will cause anger/rage. Also it may be the result of upsetting things going on around you or in your life.
I do not see how something that is supposed to calm you down like Xanax or Klonopin could be the culprit but it could be.....
I hope you are feeling better today, {{Barto}}, and the anger has subsided! Try to get your rest, get outside in the sunshine for awhile, maybe exercise or go for a brisk walk, start a project that will make you extremely happy and rewarded when you finish it...A little "ME TIME" is good for everyone!!
