headache so bad you want to hit your head against a wall, the paranoia, the jumpiness that you try to make go away by doing more or popping downers, the excrutiating pain you have or will have when your nose starts falling apart, inability to breathe at all, nausea, bloody nose, vomiting blood. Enough?
