Good idea...You can do it.
Just try not to think about it and do something..anything to keep your mind occupied.
Or if you must..Just think about how it is goinng to be when it is gone and after...That seems to work for me alot.
All those nasty feelings. Sore runny nose..cant breathe...feel like $hit...Gums hurt..nose hurts...snot running all over your face..Get the picture?
