It helped me to write lists out when I was going through this.
I make 2 lists:
1) Things I miss about having him here

2)Things I dont miss about having him here

After I have my lists..I look at the things I miss..those are almost always things that are not about HIM but about me being needy and having someone around or are ultimately tied to my codie needs.

JMO

I dont make these lists anymore, bc there is not anything to put in the first list anymore!
