I had an out of body experience for the first time in a dream I had the other night. I dreamt I was giving myself a facial. My body was on the bed, and I was sitting behind the head where I usually sit when I am giving a facial.
I gave myself a really good facial, and then sat my body up so I could see how I looked. It was really bizarre, because I was looking into my own face from outside my body.
The eyes were closed and the body was not responsive, and I realized it was because I was not in it. I had this sense of panic that my body would die if I was not in it, and I dove back into my body.
It was very interesting, because I have heard of out of body experiences before, and I did experience some when I was young, but not since I've been an adult and never in a dream before.
