I'll start working on the French right now!
I hope our son 'gets' it about booze,too. This still feels surreal to me......not sure how it all happened, or why.......he was a kid who always seemed to have it all together.The good news is that I must be taking better care of me as a colleague said she was so happy to see that my sense of humor was back and I was smiling and laughing again. It kind of threw me when she said that. I know I've been a mess but I didn't feel she understood the impact of addiction and depression on our family.
Maybe that's why I like these boards. People live with these issues and that's a courageous thing to do.
