I am new to this whole arena, I am a binge drinker, last week I drank myself stupid, can't remember anything, and feel like crap. this week I have 6 days sober and still feel horrible about myself, I want to admit that I am an alcoholic, but have reservations, because I only binge every so often, but when I do, I do

any one have help for me?

P.S. I am going to my first AA meeting this weekend
