Violent? Maybe. But when all else fails, there's nothing like a physical release to blunt the edges of obsession.

I love this post and all the 'blam-blams'. Thanks for making me smile, I can definitely see how racket-ball can help. I used to go to a batting cages sometimes and hit balls and that helps too.
