That was one that advocated drinking in moderation.RR has some interesting and useful techniques for abstaining.Unfortunately the founder,Jack Trimpey has a rabid hatred for all twelve step recovery programs.If a person could just use the techniques and not get caught up in the anti AA crusade,it would be interesting.
SMART uses a lot of the same stuff,but without the hysterical ranting about the evils of 12 step movements.
