Hey, I got off benzos after about 10 years. It is a very serious withdrawal. There are two peaks in benzo withdrawal. One occurs about 5 days after getting off and the other about 14 days after quitting. The second can be worse than the first. My opinion is that after so many years, probably oughta be getting help from a drug abuse counselor and MD.
