Thanks everybody.

Incredible all of the support we get through this website.

I feel much better today. One day, and a big difference.

I got by without calling my doctor. She's nice but just too detached from the situation. Most drs. are...hard to find a real caring psychiatrist..

anyway, I went to an anger release meeting for ACOA and just hit the pillows so hard it felt great.

I hope I end up lucky....on the right dosage and the right medicine in THIS lifetime ( lol)

hope i don't give up too..
