I have tried it several times. The first time to quit smoking. It seemd to cause sever constipation with me that time. Within a couple of weeks, I felt that sensation that made me not want a smoke. You have to pay attention to that feeling when it comes.
My doc says to take it early so I will be able to sleep.
You feel energized which is a big bonus!
