However, you state that you need help. You should call a doctor and ask for a referal to a psychiatrist. Tell them exactly what you've posted here. Because only a doctor can help you with this problem.
And bongman, if you're using that bong, I suggest you stop it. Being stoned can cause symptoms of mental illness too.
