since there are so many newbies with pain pill issues, i am going to repost the link to my first detox thread. i used it like a journal, sometimes posting every few minutes the first few days. i was kicking a huge hydro habit, then went into kicking xanax as well. i was sick, i was exhausted, i was managing four kids, having panic attacks, trying to work.....it's just my experience, but maybe it can help an addict who is wanting to get clean
