Oh Mamabear!! I get this same exact way..it is really quite painful...but I agree with Lilya, the answer is building a rich, full life for ourselves....we know how to do this for others..but are so hesitant..and well, petrified to treat ourselves well, to indulge OUR fantasies, our passions...exotic hobbies...we have boundaries that need rearranged I think! We must learn to know we are it all, already..we just gotta show up and tango!!!!:p
