oh Lilya!! Bless your heart!! Man, all I could suggest is talk to the police, see what they say..explain the situation and since they know and have dealt with your cousin...maybe they could "distract" your cousin?? So ya all could get the horses to a safe place? Maybe if they were there and were talking to him it would be easier on all involved. Let us know how it all works out, just don't take on more than you can handle ya know? I know this is very difficult in the arena of family and a feeling of responsibility to these horses.
