I'm having the same problem with my therapist right now too... These days doctors are so quick to diagnose someone bi-polar because there are so many degrees of it. I swear, we addicts probably all have SOME symptoms of being bi-polar. I agree with what someone else said above that you should seek a second opinion... especially before getting on any meds for it.
