I sure don't envy you. To my knowledge, quitting hydro CT is 100% safer than quitting something like Klonopin or Xanax. --
That said, maybe some other members might have an opinon to put forward, but given the hypertension and preexisting anxiety you describe, it might be altogether a wiser course to do it under supervision of a doctor.
None of us on here can know you like a real-life, examining physician can, right? And your trepidations and preexisting conditions, most esp. at such a young age, are a concern to me.
