They'll know the contraindications (or they can look it up in their system). When you get into polypharmacological interventions, it is VERY important that the prescriber and pt. are aware of the possible side effects. Those three medications are all pretty potent, so I'd advise letting a professional (your local pharmacist that dispensed it?) know what you are on...and they can let you know.
