Dear friends,

I´m so sorry I was away without saying hello, but I´ve been so incredibly busy, I lost sight on everything I had to do. I also got depressed, but thank God, I am still clean and sober.

I had problems with my eyes and had long and difficult tests, as I went for a second opinion. I am in a definite risk group, but all in all my eyes are fine. I just have to have my eyes checked every three months. This is why I became depressed. The thought of becoming blind crippled me emotionally.

All of you who read this, please have a second or even a third opinion. Turns out this eye doctor was nuts to tell me I would lose my eye- sight within three years and go blind. She has been reprimanded by the proper authorities. I had three different eye-problems at the time, so she got way off base.

And now I have to buy an appartment. We are moving and I have four months to buy a new place. I have stressful discussion with my banks, so I´m excited and scared.
