oh Lilya!~I love visualizing exotic places to replace anxiety and fear..I have travelled so many places in my mind!! I like to kinda make my own "reality" when I do this..like skydiving that then lets me float around the earth to every awesome gift of nature..the Grand Canyon, the Middle East(visualizing peace and happiness below me), South American jungles, just floating above each continent and observing all that is below.....I also love to visualize "my" castle and sitting in my own, very large, very comfortable library where one of my favorite smells...newspapers and old books fills the air, and I sit with legends and ancient warriors and ordinary folks too from different centuries and times....Oh! I feel better already.~
