Welcome to the forum. I'm not sure what all those letters stand for, but I am sorry to hear about your accident, and other problems. I'm sure your aware though that pain pill abuse can really aggravate depression.
I will have our administrator read your post to see if he can refer you to some help in your area.
In the meantime, try not to give up hope, just take it one day at a time. Things can get better for you.
