any days completey Zanny-free, but I sure have just collapsed and taken 2 or 3mg when I was down to .5mg. Then, back to the strict regimen again.

Well, ok. Strictly opinions then, ok? Could be onset of a new cold? Flu? (Hope not.)

times with your complete Xanax-cessation. So, who knows? I wouldn't rule it out. I've now heard of flu-like symptomatology associated with a tough BZD detox, and I (once) didn't think that made any sense.
