I can relate to what your describing. Ive been on that same ride. Like Carol, I too find some relief in writting about my issues. Personally that is my biggest release of frustration, my writting.
Also talking about whatever is frustrating you might help. Find someone you can confide in and let your frustrations roll of the tip of your tounge. Maybe youll feel better once you've vented about it a bit.
