I don't agree that dope should be legal. *Some* people don't try it just because it is illegal. So, *some* people are saved from the surge and pain of addiction as a result.
But, I DO think that treatment should be free and easily accessable. To everyone, regardless of insurance or ability to pay.
They system we have now is a JOKE!
And an expensive one at that!
