I go by a few rules I set up myself. First of all I decided 'normal' is just a setting on the dryer. Secondly: I don't really let others than me 'judge' me. When my moods/behaviors hinder me like I feel I'm not able to function normally anymore, then I'll look for help. Other than that, I don't care about labels. If your 'issues' hinder you, whatever those may be, then don't be afraid to look for help, bottom line.
