Depression cure for women only

Hi ladies. I decided to start this thread for women as I want us to share feminin advices but men can of course join us if they want to.

I think it´s vital to have at least two nights a week for us and then try to be as good to ourselves as possible. It´s wonderful for the self-esteem and getting in touch with our femininity.

Try taking a long, hot bath with oils and sprinkle rose petals on the water. Have a candle or scented oil-heater in the bathroom and listen to romantic music. Try Buddha Bar 3. It´s great. Afterwards, use oil to rub on your skin, bundle yourselves in bathrobes or towels and rest for a long time on the coach or a gymnase mat on the floor. Eat some dates from Madagaskar and drink green tea or mint tea with sugar. You´ll feel fully restored afterwards.

In Paris there are Turkish baths I go to as often as I can. It´s wonderful. You must have them in the States.

Try bellydancing. I´ve studied the dance for six years. You tone every muscle while you dance an alluring, feminine dance and you get in touch with your sensuality.
