One minute at a time. That is how I do it on the hard days.
I get on the telephone or on the internet and chat with other recovering people. Easy does it, especially at this point. You need to get a lot of rest, a lot of vitamins etc. That helps my anxiety so much.
My thoughts are with you. One breath at a time. For me it's one chore at a time on some days.
One other real help..coming here. Saying to myself "I'll come to SR before I make one more decision." I have set my daughter up with crayons so I can read SR for five minutes. Sometimes that is all it takes. I'm a better person for it.
