| day two blues...what did you do to get through?
still sober...still sick...my head and everything else hurts...two panic attacks today ...all the while trying to appear normal...i am alone in this and kind of scared here...i know i can get through this but it is harder than i thought it would be, considering the small dose i was taking...like i said, maybe it is mostly mental...i know this i good for me but i just want the dazed and detached feeling i get...reality is harsh...i am strong but right now it feels like the f*******drug is stronger...what did you do to get through?
