It is sometimes hard to understand that good change is stressful too.
But, darn, I am glad for you! This really turned out well!
So cool that you don't have to start all over with new people, and have a friend as manager.
And you get to work at something you love to do!
(I am getting jealous here! LOL)
And a good raise!
