you need to take your detox one day at a time & if you feel you need medical help, go immediately to your local emergency room. There's no tricks or shortcuts...this will be challenging but also its a finite problem....you will get detoxed & theres light at the end of the tunnel so long as you can white knuckle it til u get there.
