Thanks Caveman.

I´ve struggled with the negative voice for a long time. Once I took lessons in Kung Fu and the “master” told us how to deal with insecurity and low self-esteem. “Pretend the negative voice is a naughty child,” he said. “Listen to what it has to say, then gently ask it to behave. Let those feelings wash over you and then chase them away. Use warfare by tao - patience and wisdom. Know that only wisdom and faith can liberate you.”

Well, not letter perfect, but I remembered that and it has stayed with me.

It has also helped to change my vocabulary. Instead of using words like “have to, must do, should” who lead to difficult emotional state, I try to use “I would like to, would be preferable, would be good, but no death sentence.” It´s incredibly tough, but it works!

Hope this helps. On the battle thought: “All warfare is based on deception. Every battle is won before it is fought.” (Art of War by Sun Tzu) I feel this means in some ways that when we know the force is with us, we can win.

Love and light,
