Just got home & everything is fine !! The worst of it was not having my coffee before I went..I remember everything - NO PROBLEMS..Just a more sore jaw than usual (grind my teeth) and a little headache developing.
I remember the cold in my arm as they put me to sleep and woke up feeling great and snuggly in the recovery room..dying for coffee water and a cigarette...Must be fine if I want a cigarette...
I told the nurse my memory was fine so she asked me what year is was..
I said well 1965 of course....Her eyes bulged....
Haven't lost my sense of humour either...I had nothing to be afraid of...everyone else that had it done came out looking better too..
Maybe this would be a good new addiction....
Well maybe I am a bit loopy, but it is sure better than depression..It is probably more relief than anything...I have to admit I was nervous..The tears when I lay down to get the treatment done might have been a clue...I'm fine - I'ts OK, I'm fine...Ususal denial stuff...
The only thing I've noticed is that on some words my spelling draws a bit of a blank - but spellcheck will fix that - but here you'll have to bear with me since I can't figure out how to use it .....
