sorry you had to wait so long for a reply! and i didn't find your post "negative", just you venting some of what you are feeling today. I surely have done that quite a few times.

I do know that when I was asking a bit about ECT, Shutterbug had recommended a book, "The Noonday Demon, An Atlas of Depression" by Andrew Solomon. She said it was really good, and talks about ECT in it. I haven't read very much of it so far, I haven't had the time. But I am always interested in learning more about depression and mental illness. If it can't help me personally, it comes in handy with my work.

I hope that you are feeling a bit better tonight. I know for me, last night was a really tough night, and I ended up going to bed early, at 730pm and didn't get up untill almost 10am today!! But I am feeling a little better today. Plus I left work early and treated myself to a movie. That usually helps to change my mood.

I just hope one day this roller coaster ride stops. Untill then, thank goodness for this place!
